Rigid Polyurethane (PU) Foam-Spray
Rigid Polyurethane (PU) Foam-Spray is an alternative to traditional building insulation such as fibreglass. It generally includes two-component mixture composed of isocyanate and polyol resin comes together at the tip of a gun, and forms an expanding foam that is sprayed onto roof tiles, concrete slabs, into wall cavities, or through holes drilled in into a cavity of a finished wall.

Cavity Wall Insulation
Cavity wall insulation is used to reduce heat loss through a cavity wall by filling the air space with material that inhibits heat transfer. This immobilises the air within the cavity (air is still the actual insulator), preventing convection, and can substantially reduce space heating costs.

Pre-insulated Piping Installation
Pre-insulated pipes are widely used for district heating and hot water supply. The installation includes a metal pipe, an insulating layer (PU spray foam), and an outer casing. The main purpose of such pre-insulated pipes is to maintain the temperature of the fluid in the pipes.

Industrial Equipment Installation
We provide thermal insulation for building, pipe and mechanical equipment for indoors and outdoors including installation of equipment and materials that can be used to insulate against heat loss or gain and to protect personnel from high-temperature systems that may cause injury (such as burns) in the event that accidentally exposed to the high-temperature pipe.

We provide tank insulation for the preservation of temperature inside the tank by using the PU form spray.

Manufacturing of Rigid PU Foam
Our production in forming a rigid polyurethane (PU) foam includes the mixture of an isocyanate component with the formulated polyester polyols, catalyst, and blowing agent so that to allow the mixture reacts exothermically to yield a rigid polyurethane foam.
